BLOODY MARY WITH HICKORY SYRUP

Ingredients
½ oz FALLING BARK FARM HICKORY SYRUP
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 ¼ oz Vodka
4oz Bloody Mary Mix
Celery
Lime
Parsley Sprig

Directions:
Fill serving glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients, cap and shake vigorously. Garnish with celery, lime and parsley.

 

RYE CIDER

Ingredients
1/2 oz FALLING BARK FARM HICKORY SYRUP
2 oz CATOCTIN CREEK ROUNDSTONE RYE WHISKEY
1 oz Apple Cider
¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
8-10 Ice Cubes
Cinnamon Sugar
2 Fresh Sage Leaves (Torn) Plus 1 whole leaf to garnish.

Directions:
Rim chilled martini glass with cinnamon sugar. Add all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and drain into chilled, rimmed glass. Float sage leaf on top.

 

NEW-FASHIONED

Ingredients
1/2 oz Falling Bark Farm 180 Reserve Cask Hickory Syrup
1 1/2 oz CATOCTIN CREEK ROUNDSTONE RYE WHISKEY
2 Dashes Bitters
1 Orange Slice
1 Maraschino Cherry
Splash of Water
Ice Cubes

Directions:
Place orange slice and maraschino cherry into a rocks glass and muddle. Place in Falling Bark Farm 180 Reserve Cask Hickory Syrup, bitters, and CATOCTIN CREEK ROUNDSTONE RYE WHISKEY. Splash with water, stir, and top with ice. Garnish with an additional orange slice and cherry.

 

HICKORY WINTER SANGRIA 

Ingredients
1 ½ tbs FALLING BARK FARM HICKORY SYRUP
1 Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon
2 Navel Orange (halved and sliced)
½ Cup of fresh pomegranate seeds
1 Granny Smith Apple (cored and thinly cut into wedges)
3 Cups of seltzer (chilled)
1 cup ginger ale (chilled)

Directions:
Place in a pitcher the Cabernet Sauvignon, pomegranate seeds, orange, apple, and FALLING BARK FARM HICKORY SYRUP. Refrigerate overnight. Stir in seltzer water and ginger ale. Serve over ice.

 

MULLED WINE

Ingredients
¾ cup FALLING BARK FARM HICKORY SYRUP
2-4” pieces of cinnamon bark
2 tbs. dried orange peels
2 ½  tbs. whole allspice berries
2  tbs. whole cloves
1 bottle of your favorite red wine

Directions:
Combine allspice, cinnamon bark, orange peel, cloves, FALLING BARK FARM HICKORY SYRUP, and red wine in a medium saucepan. Place on medium heat and stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. Strain before serving and serve warm.
Note: Placing a spoon in the wine glass before pouring will reduce the chances of heat breaking the wine glass. Serving in a mug is appropriate also.  

 

HICKORY JULEP

Ingredients
1/2 oz Falling Bark Farm 180 Reserve Cask Hickory Syrup
2 oz CATOCTIN CREEK ROUNDSTONE RYE WHISKEY
Crushed or Shaved Ice
Fresh Mint

Directions:
Muddle a sprig of mint in the bottom of a glass. Fill the glass with ice and pour Falling Bark Farm 180 Reserve Cask Hickory Syrup over ice. Finish with CATOCTIN CREEK ROUNDSTONE RYE WHISKEY and a sprig of mint.
