Venison Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
1/2 cup FALLING BARK FARM® HICKORY SYRUP
3 lbs. Ground Venison
1 lb. Ground Pork Fat
2 tsp Thyme
2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Rubbed Sage
1 tsp Fine Black Pepper
6 Tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Combine venison and pork fat. Mix the spices, FALLING BARK FARM® HICKORY SYRUP, and water. Pour over meat and mix well. Form into patties and fry in skillet on medium/low heat until cooked through.
